unique to each property, studying the building construction and condition,
reasons for defects and recommendations for improvement.
quantity surveying
we can produce information assessing special site and other problems such
as access, topography, economic site use and working. we also analyse
cost information on other similar projects, local levels of building cost
and cost trends, and judge whether the clients budget is realistic and
compatible with other stated requirements.
