In With The New And Gain A Return From The Old.

In a previous newsletter we told you about an expanding West Country practice that had moved into new, larger, purpose-built premises. Our client was unsure what to do with the old premises We have subsequently gained Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approvals for residential conversion of the building. Work on the conversion is due to start shortly. As always we will keep you posted.

Great news !

The planning permission request we submitted before Christmas has been granted. The project has now moved onto the Building Control Approval stage. As we are a Local Authority Approved Partnering Company, this stage will be far simpler. With the partnering scheme, we have built a very good relationship with the Local Authority Building Control Inspectors and this has worked very well when obtaining the necessary approvals. In tandem with the Building Control Submission, we are currently obtaining three competitive quotes from building contractors for the works. So once the Building Control Approval is obtained we will be in a position to start on site. We will keep you informed of progress in later issues of our news bulletins.
