The Finished Article

After the successful completion of a project to create a "state of the art" Veterinary Hospital, our client was left with the dilemma of what to do with the old building? The principal issue was that commercially there is very little demand for buildings with a D1 planning use. After much negotiation, Agrarian compiled a scheme to convert the building into residential use.

Church Update

Just to update you on the conversion of an old church into a Veterinary Practice. The project is now complete, finishing both on time and in budget. We will have some photos in the next issue.

A church's planning use is the same as that of a Veterinary Practice and so we were able to progress this scheme far quicker than most. If you are thinking of expanding or looking for new premises, it may be worth looking at sites which are not the most obvious.

Vet's Practise Expands In London

Agrarian have just applied for planning permission to expand an existing veterinary practice in London. The project brief was to create a fresh, practical environment providing better consulting and public areas. The scheme is within a Conservation Area. Nevertheless we have negotiated with the Local Planning Authority to formulate a design which is in keeping and sensitive to the area whilst fulfilling our client's brief. We will keep you informed of progress with the planning and construction works in later issues of our news bulletins.
