This is a new equestrian facility, complete with staff accommodation, offices, meeting rooms, covered walker and an American Barn stabling set-up. Agrarian planned, designed, constructed and project managed this development within budget.
The above is an indoor arena 40m by 20m complete with a viewing area at one end. The arena surface is a waxed sand fibre mix.
The above shows an American Barn stabling set-up which also illustrates that the loose boxes have external stable doors to all weather turnout areas.
