We work closely with each client to fully understand their requirements and translate them into the necessary drawings and documents. Planning Permission and Building Control (if applicable) approvals are then sought from the local authority to allow your project to commence.

It was a case of third time lucky when we engaged Agrarian to design our house. Two previous companies were neither able to understand our ideas and develop them nor courageous enough to present the concept to the planners.

You drew up revised plans (from my measurements on a scrappy piece of paper and photos!) so I could get the Thames Water build over agreement – retrospectively because my builder had let me down etc. Some time ago now.
You will recall you did the initial plans for the extension to my home which I am very pleased with.
I am pleased to say Thames Water provided the build over agreement with no queries and most importantly Croydon Council then went on to provide full building control regulations sign off.
It has been a long hard slog and I am still sorting out issues left over from the builders but I wanted to say a big thank you to you both for the brilliant service and kindness you have shown me since 2015/16 when we first met to discuss the initial ideas.
