As a Local Authority Approved Partnering Company, we have built a very good relationship with local authority building control inspectors which simplifies and accelerates obtaining the necessary approvals.

We provide imaginative and innovative solutions to meet our clients' requirements. Converting a church into a veterinary practice for a client is one such example. A church's planning use is the same as that of a veterinary practice and so we were able to progress this scheme far quicker than most.

Another project involved extending an existing veterinary clinic into an adjacent retail unit. We gained planning approval for the extension and also obtained quotes from contractors to undertake the works. The best price was some 30% cheaper than the builder previously used by the client. Having undertaken similar projects for us in the past, we were confident that this contractor would deliver to a high standard.
